What is the average delivery time for my order?

At the moment, the demand is exceptionally high. Therefore, we fulfill all our orders within 7-14 days.

Day 1: Order processing

How can I track my order?

After processing your order, we notify the delivery service and send you a track & trace code via email. With this code, you can closely monitor the progress of your order.

- If you haven't received the track & trace code, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, use the contact form to reach out to us, and we'll promptly send you the track & trace code.

Can I return my order if I am not completely satisfied?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the order. Returns should be sent to our return address in the Netherlands. Only the costs for the return shipment are the customer's responsibility. Information about the shipping costs can be found on your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and (if possible) in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, always contact us first at support@joyfuldepot.store. We will then refund the purchase amount within 7 working days after receiving your return, provided the product is returned in good condition.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 4 hours. After that, it is no longer possible as your order is being processed. In that case, you can use your right of return to return your order.

Why hasn't my tracking number been updated or moved from its previous location?

This is completely normal, and it typically takes a few business days for your tracking number to show location updates, especially if the package is still in transit from our international warehouse.

  • DAY 3-4: PACKAGING
    After quality control, your product is carefully packaged and labeled for traceability.
  • DAY 5: SHIPPING
    On the fifth day, your order is shipped. Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code to stay updated on the status of your delivery. Due to high demand, shipping may take longer than you are accustomed to. We appreciate your understanding. Your order is on the way and will arrive within 8 to 14 days.
